About the company ✅: LabQ Diagnostics is a full-service, independent clinical laboratory servicing New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
LabQ Diagnostics is searching for new talents for the position of call-center operator to join our team in our newly opened office in Rivne, Ukraine.
Responsibilities ✅:
• Update lab’s database;
• Process orders, forms and applications;
• Provide customer service via phone;
• Follow-up customer calls when necessary.
Requirements ✅:
• English Level – Upper intermediate-Advanced with strong speaking skills;
• Confident user of PC (Google sheets, Team Viewer, MS Office);
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly;
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness;
• Committed team player who shows initiative.
Preferable ✅:
• Experience of communicating with native speakers;
• Call-center operator experience.
