REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in law
5+ years of experience in law
2+ years of experience with client-facing agreements (including NDA, SOW, MSA, DPA) in international business transactions
Advanced level of English
Outstanding analytical skills
Ability to work autonomously
Coordination skills

Professional certifications and completion of specialized courses

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting, reviewing, amending, and negotiating commercial agreements (including NDA, SOW, MSA, DPA)
Providing opinions and summaries on matters of IP, contract, commercial, corporate, data privacy law
Participating in and driving complex legal projects
Legal research and analysis
Resolving other legal tasks
