Service line management;
Customer support;
Root-cause analysis;
User support;

What will make you successful
University degree;
Experience in IT would be an advantage (Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server preferred);
Experience in Microsoft OS (WinXP, 7,10, 2000 Server);
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Knowledge of English (Advanced: spoken and written).
